This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and True For Two FZ-LLC based in Dubai Media City 5,Ground floor, G00-082, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, company (“Company,” “A-List,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the A-List mobile application, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service” or “App”).


By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.

1. License Grant


Subject to your continuous compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

  • Download and install the App on a compatible device that you own or control.

  • Access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.


All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.


You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, reverse engineer, or exploit the App.

  • Circumvent any security or access controls.

  • Use the App for commercial matchmaking, solicitation, or scraping.

2. Eligibility and User Representations


You represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

  • Are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

  • Will provide accurate and truthful information.

  • Will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and community standards.


The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and suspend accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security


To access certain features, you must create an account.


You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

  • Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.


The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity, fraud, or violations.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments


4.1 Paid Access


Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise during promotional periods.


4.2 Billing Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal.

  • Pricing, renewal frequency, taxes, and applicable fees are displayed at purchase.

  • Payments are processed exclusively via Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to their terms.


4.3 Trials and Promotions


Any free trial or promotional access automatically converts into a paid subscription unless canceled before expiration.


4.4 Refunds


All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policies.

5. Acceptable Use Policy


You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or harm others.

  • Post fraudulent, misleading, obscene, hateful, or illegal content.

  • Impersonate any person or entity.

  • Collect personal data without consent.

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers).

  • Circumvent moderation systems.

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

  • Engage in financial solicitation or scams.


Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

6. User Content and Data Rights


You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”).


By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.


You represent that:

  • You own or control all rights to your User Content.

  • Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.


We reserve the right to remove content without notice.

7. Community Standards and Conduct


Users must uphold:

  • Respectful behavior.

  • Authentic identity representation.

  • Serious relationship intent.

  • Professional communication.


We reserve the right to enforce community standards at our sole discretion.

8. Matching, Interactions, and Safety Disclaimer


The Company does not guarantee:

  • Matches or responses.

  • User compatibility or authenticity.

  • Offline outcomes or safety.


All interactions occur at your own risk. You are solely responsible for personal safety when meeting others.

9. Intellectual Property Rights


All intellectual property related to the Service remains the exclusive property of the Company or licensors.


No ownership rights transfer to you.

10. Privacy and Data Processing


Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.


You consent to data processing in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Third-Party Services and Platforms


The Company currently uses the following third-party service providers that may collect, process, and store certain technical and usage data related to your use of the Service:

12. Availability, Maintenance, and Modifications


We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse, or legal compliance.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties


THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

15. Limitation of Liability


Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your use.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


Governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates

18. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver


Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.

19. Export Controls and Compliance


You agree to comply with export laws.

20. Force Majeure


We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control.

21. Assignment


You may not assign this Agreement without consent.

22. Severability and Waiver


Invalid provisions do not affect enforceability.

23. Entire Agreement


This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement.
