By using A-List, you agree to uphold these standards at all times.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

A-List exists to help people build serious relationships that lead to long-term commitment and family life. We intentionally design the product and community to discourage casual dating, superficial behavior, and transactional interactions.

We do not admit users seeking casual dating, hookups, sugar relationships, escorting, or transactional arrangements.

Responsibility — Accountability for behavior on and off the platform.

2. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY & INTEGRITY
2.1 Relationship Status
Only individuals who are:
Single
Divorced
Legally separated
are permitted to join A-List.
Users who are married, in undisclosed relationships, or misrepresenting their status are prohibited.
2.2 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use A-List.
We reserve the right to:
Request identity or age verification.
Suspend or terminate accounts unable to verify eligibility.
2.3 One Account Per Person
Each person may maintain only one active account.
Accounts may not be shared or accessed by multiple individuals.
Creating duplicate accounts or bypassing bans is prohibited.
If multiple accounts are detected:
All associated accounts may be permanently blocked.
Future registrations may be denied.
2.4 Identity Integrity & Impersonation
You may not:
Impersonate any person, public figure, employee, or brand.
Use misleading photos, names, or biographical claims.
Misrepresent professional status, education, wealth, or identity.
Impersonation results in immediate removal.
3. PROFILE CONTENT STANDARDS
Your profile represents your identity inside a trusted community. Accuracy and authenticity are mandatory.
3.1 Honesty & Accuracy
Profiles must reflect:
Real personal information.
Authentic relationship intentions.
Current and accurate photos.
False claims, exaggerated credentials, or misleading presentation are prohibited.
3.2 Name Policy
You must use the name you are commonly known by in real life. Initials, nicknames designed to mislead, or anonymous aliases are not permitted.
3.3 Photo Requirements
Allowed:
Photos of yourself.
Clear, recent images.
Natural lighting and minimal filters.
Occasional group photos (not majority).
Not allowed:
AI-generated images.
Deepfakes or manipulated photos.
Photos of minors.
Sexualized or nude content.
Images containing primarily text.
Stock photos or celebrity photos.
Misleading filters altering facial features.
3.4 Personal Data Restrictions
You may not include:
Phone numbers
Emails
Social media handles
Financial information
External links
QR codes
Contact exchange should occur naturally inside chat when appropriate.
4. COMMUNICATION STANDARDS
A-List is a premium environment. Communication must reflect maturity and respect.
4.1 Respectful Conduct
Prohibited:
Insults, humiliation, threats.
Hate speech or discrimination.
Aggressive or manipulative behavior.
Profanity targeting individuals.
4.2 Consent & Sexual Content
Sexualized content requires explicit mutual consent.
Unsolicited sexual messages or images are strictly prohibited.
Sexual harassment results in immediate enforcement action.
4.3 Privacy & Confidentiality
You may not:
Share private conversations externally.
Screenshot or distribute chats.
Publish another user’s personal information.
4.4 Prohibited Messaging Activities
Not allowed:
Financial solicitation or gifts requests.
Escorting or transactional proposals.
Advertising or promotions.
Spam or mass messaging.
Off-platform recruitment or scams.
4.5 Contact Sharing
Users may exchange contact information for the purpose of meeting or continuing communication.
We reserve the right to intervene if misuse is detected.
5. PROHIBITED CONTENT & BEHAVIOR
The following is strictly forbidden across all formats:
5.1 Illegal Content
Violence, extremism, terrorism.
Hate speech or discrimination.
Child exploitation (zero tolerance).
Drug trafficking or illegal substances.
Weapons trafficking.
Fraud or identity theft.
5.2 Harmful Conduct
Emotional abuse or coercion.
Threats or intimidation.
Self-harm encouragement.
Privacy violations.
5.3 Deception & Manipulation
Financial scams.
Catfishing.
Misrepresentation of relationship intent.
Fake professions or credentials.
6. SAFETY, MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT
6.1 Monitoring
We reserve the right to:
Review content and activity.
Investigate reports.
Intervene in suspicious behavior.
6.2 Enforcement Actions
Depending on severity:
Warning
Temporary suspension
Permanent ban
Law enforcement referral
6.3 Off-Platform Behavior
Serious misconduct outside the platform that impacts user safety may result in enforcement.
6.4 Legal Cooperation
Illegal activity will be reported to authorities.
7. REPORTING & SUPPORT
Users are encouraged to report:
Suspicious behavior
Harassment
Misrepresentation
Safety concerns
Reports are confidential.
